If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the message and any information you choose to include, such as your name, business, contact details and a description of the problem you want to discuss. The website's inquiry buttons open your own email application.

Please send only the information needed for an initial conversation. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, sensitive employee records or confidential customer files. If a project requires business records, the scope and a suitable transfer method should be agreed first.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond, assess whether the work fits our capabilities, arrange conversations, prepare a requested proposal and keep a record of the discussion. If you become a client, separate engagement terms should describe the information needed for that work and the relevant responsibilities.

Website and email providers

We use Webflow for this website and Google Workspace for business email. These providers may process information to deliver and protect their services. Website requests may include technical data such as an IP address, browser information, timestamps and requested pages.

Provider technologies and browser settings can affect cookies and similar storage. This notice does not claim that the site or its providers are free of all cookies. Review Webflow's privacy information and Google's privacy information for their practices.

Access and disclosure

Information should be limited to the people and service providers needed to respond or deliver agreed work. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address misuse or a security issue. Client names, confidential artifacts and project results require specific permission before use in public project examples.

Retention and requests

Information is retained according to the purpose of the inquiry or engagement and applicable recordkeeping needs. You can ask us to correct or delete inquiry information by emailing the address above. We will review the request and explain any information that needs to be retained; backup and provider copies may follow separate retention schedules.

If you receive a business-development email from us and do not want further outreach, reply asking us to stop. We may keep a minimal suppression record so your choice is respected.

Security and updates

No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Use a brief, non-sensitive overview for your first contact. If the website or information-handling practices change, this notice should be updated to reflect those changes.
